Vancouver, BC, Canada — What if you could ride in your jeans and still stay dry and warm all day on the mountain? Mason Industries’ water repellent, abrasion resistant, fully lined, 100 percent breathable, stretch-denim technology lets you do just that.
Mason Industries’ Classic Rock pants look and feel exactly like your regular jeans, blending street-style denim on the outside with high-tech on the inside. Through a new technology, we’ve eliminated the need for seam-sealing tape and DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes. Our denim is fully-lined for warmth and has an abrasion resistant design to help you take on any terrain from pow to street rails without worrying about trashing your gear.
When developing the line Mason Industries owner Jason Mason wanted to create something innovative but that fit with snowboard and outdoor culture. “If we couldn’t make denim outerwear that performed as good or better than traditional outerwear, then we had no business making anything because we wouldn’t be adding to snowboarding,” he says. “And now that we’ve created these jeans we are happy to have contributed to our culture.”
A full product line is in development and will be available in the 2014/2015 season.
We make the future.
